This functional enclosure for arboreal tarantulas and jumping spiders enables both small and large animals to be kept in a species-appropriate environment with optimal ventilation.
This thoughtfully designed enclosure for arboreal tarantulas and jumping spiders provides the ideal home for your animals—from small jumping spiders in the compact sizes (mini, XXS, and XS) to arboreal tarantulas of any size. The fully transparent acrylic panels ensure a crystal-clear view of your animals at all times.
The enclosure for arboreal tarantulas impresses with a perfect width-to-height ratio and optimal cross ventilation.
Arboreal tarantulas in particular are sensitive to stagnant air. The thoughtfully designed cross ventilation ensures continuous, ideal air circulation inside the enclosure, effectively preventing harmful stagnant air. Thanks to the ideal width-to-height ratio combined with optimal cross ventilation, arboreal species feel completely at home.
Doors
All ARBOREA have a front door, and from size XS upwards, they also have a door on top.
Ventilation
Ventilation is provided through four opposite areas with ventilation holes (cross ventilation).
The diameter of the ventilation holes is 1.5 mm for the mini model, 2.0 mm for the XXS and XS models, and 3.0 mm for all larger models.
Areas of application
The ARBOREA mini, XXS, and XS models are suitable for raising spiderlings of arboreal tarantulas, but also for small tarantulas (e.g., Avicularia minatrix) and, of course, for jumping spiders.
The S model is designed for keeping medium-sized tarantulas, while the M and L models are for large tarantulas that live in trees.
Materials
All ARBOREA are made from 4 mm acrylic glass. The doors are made of nearly unbreakable polycarbonate, which remains dimensionally stable and does not warp even at high humidity. All screws and nuts are made of stainless steel.
Care
Please clean the enclosure only with the included high-quality microfiber cloth in combination with water or a commercially available terrarium glass cleaner.

All enclosures in the ARBOREA series are 100% waterproof, stand securely on 4 silicone feet, and can be stacked.
